Return conditions

You can return your order, at your own expense and in the original packaging, within 14 days to MaveDesign.nl, provided it meets our return conditions. At MaveDesign.nl you can return the received product within 14 days. The return period starts on the day after you have received the product.

• Items must be returned with a completed return form, which you can download here.
• Register your return via [email protected].
• Items must be returned within 14 days.
• The costs of the return shipment are for the customer.
• The order must be returned in its original packaging.
• The item must not have been used, washed or damaged. The labels must be attached to the item.
• Orders that fall outside the return period of 14 days will not be returned.
• No washing guarantee is given. Problems that arise after washing are your own responsibility.

We emphasize that if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must report this within 24 hours of receipt (by email via [email protected]). When a return is required, we will ensure that the order can be returned free of charge.

We strive to process and refund your return shipment as quickly as possible after receipt, and no later than 14 working days. We recommend that you keep your Track & Trace code until we have received the return shipment.
